Ordering
The post and packing has been kept to a minimum, and we aim only to cover our costs. All orders will be sent standard class. Most items are made to order so please allow 6 to 8 weeks from the date of order to receive your goods. If you require items quicker please advise us by email at time of ordering.
Delivery to the EU and beyond...
We are a UK based company and at the moment all the above delivery information and shipping charges is based on UK orders. Upon request we do deliver throughout the EU and beyond. Contact us to discuss your requirements.
Guarantee
We warrant all products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 24 months from the date of order from a customer. Let us know in writing (email or post) as soon as a problem becomes apparent, and we will resolve it promptly. Please note that where products are manufactured in solid timber the inherent variations due to the materials and manufacturing processes are part of its character and would not constitute a defect. This warranty will not include damage caused by abuse, improper handling (other than by delivery company), installation, maintenance, unauthorised repairs or modifications, and is limited to the original owner. We shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits or other economic or commercial losses.
Return Policy
If your purchase does not meet with your approval upon receipt, please notify us in writing (email is the preferred means) within 7 days please state clearly your name and product details. We will then give you full details of where to return the products. From the date of notification we ask you to return the item/s in the original packaging in perfect condition within 7 days to guarantee a refund. Unless there is a fault with the product the delivery costs will not usually be refunded and the cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the customer. If the customer is unable to return the goods, we can make arrangements for collection, but the cost of this will be to the customer and may be higher than the customer sending it themselves. In the case of products made to order (this would have been made clear at the time of purchase) you will not be entitled to cancel the contract and return the goods without good reason. From the date of order you will have the usual 7 days cooling off period before work has begun on your order. If after this time we have not received notification from you to stop, we will assume you wish to continue with the order and work will commence. If you are anxious to receive the goods as quickly as possible, you may ask us to start work immediately. In this case you will have forfeited your right to cancel an order.
